Refund Policy

StayNest Real Estate Services

1. Nature of Services

StayNest provides professional real estate advisory and on-site services.
All services sold on this website are non-physical, customized services.

Due to the nature of these services, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.


2. Property Performance Audit – Refund Rules

Before the on-site visit

Clients may cancel:

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled visit → eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the visit → non-refundable.

After the on-site visit

Once the property visit has been conducted, the service is considered initiated and no refund will be issued.

The preparation, analysis, photography, and report creation involve time and professional work that cannot be reversed.


3. No-Show / Access Issues

If the client fails to provide access to the property at the agreed time:

  • The visit may be considered completed.

  • No refund will be issued.


4. Dissatisfaction

If a client believes the service was not delivered as described, they must notify StayNest in writing within 48 hours.

StayNest may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer clarification

  • Provide reasonable adjustments

  • Propose partial corrective action

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of subjective dissatisfaction.


5. Special Offer

If the client signs a Full Property Management Agreement, they will receive a one-time discount code equivalent to 50% of the Audit fee.

This discount:

  • Is issued upon signature of the Full Property Management Agreement

  • Is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance

  • Applies only to StayNest management onboarding or service fees

  • Is non-transferable

  • Can only be used once

  • Has no cash value

  • Cannot be exchanged for a refund or cash equivalent


6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
